1. Operational Statement
Metropolis Group deploys cookies, local storage tokens, and comparable client-side identifiers to operate the platform, preserve interface state, and verify the integrity of inbound submissions. These technologies are used to:
- Maintain session integrity and apply CSRF protection on the inbound contact and careers forms.
- Remember dashboard selections such as active portfolio filter criteria on the properties module.
- Measure anonymous performance telemetry to optimize page load, routing, and interaction quality.
- Validate consent state so the user is not repeatedly prompted across route changes.

| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for core operations, secure routing, and form protection. Cannot be disabled. | Session tokens, CSRF tokens, consent state |
| Performance / Analytics | Anonymous telemetry on page visits, durations, and route interactions to improve the platform. | Aggregated traffic counters, performance metrics |
| Functional | Retains interface preferences, such as the active filter selection on the featured properties module. | Filter selection, UI state preferences |
3. Third-Party Script Disclosures
Certain components of the platform may load assets or scripts provided by external partners under contractual data-protection terms. These may include:
- Embedded map providers used to render the regional footprint visualization.
- Performance analytics providers used to aggregate anonymous platform telemetry.
- Distribution partners (such as Airbn and Booking.com) whose listing or booking widgets, where embedded, may set their own cookies governed by their respective policies.
Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy and cookie policy. Metropolis Group disclaims liability for the cookie behaviour of third-party domains.
4. Revocation & Control
You may modify or withdraw consent at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
